Unused amounts are not refundable. However, they will be recorded as a credit for future maintenance needs. We'll track our time and let you know how much credit you have left, if any, when we're finished working on your website.

If we're getting close to using more time than you've purchased, we'll let you know and ask how you want to proceed.
